Arranged delivery
With this shipping option, customers are informed on the product and checkout page that they will be contacted to arrange delivery and that they must update their phone number before completing their order. You or your courier company will contact the customer by phone, text or email to arrange delivery.
Scheduled delivery
With this shipping option, customers can choose a preferred delivery date or delivery time from a calendar at checkout. You can set up the calendar in advance with available delivery dates and time slots. At checkout, customers can also update their phone number, in case you want to contact them on the day of delivery. Delivery includes home delivery.

The Heavy and Bulky shipping programme is an invitation-only programme designed to provide the best customer experience for Heavy and Bulky shipments. To be eligible for Amazon's Heavy and Bulky shipping programme, you must meet the following criteria:
- Products: Sell heavy and bulky products (weighing more than 30 kg or length greater than 1.5 m or circumference diameter greater than 300 cm).
- Tracking: Transfer tracking IDs to Amazon and work with an integrated carrier that can provide full tracking information to Amazon.
- Delivery scheduling: For arranged delivery, you or your carrier will arrange delivery with the customer. For scheduled delivery, you are able to deliver heavy and bulky items within the customers' preferred delivery date.
