How does Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment work?
Ship your products to Amazon and we'll store them close to your customers so they're ready to ship quickly when orders are placed. Connect your sales channels, including your website, social media stores and other e-commerce platforms. Amazon picks, packs and dispatches your orders from any sales channel directly to your customers.
Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) is available with or without the Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) service. If you use FBA to sell on Amazon, your current inventory will be used to serve both Amazon customers and those from your other sales channels.

There are two ways to access the MCF order creation page:
Either of these two options will take you to the MCF order creation page. There, you simply have to provide your customer's delivery address, the items to be dispatched and the delivery speed option to create an order quickly.
Bulk order creation
This feature allows you to *create multiple fulfilment orders at once* by filling out a standard Excel spreadsheet for order entry and uploading it to the "Bulk order creation" page.
