Ofituria joined the Pro Plan in July 2019 because, in Enrique's view, having a dedicated Amazon consultant to help you with whatever you need is a must. Jorge has been working at Amazon for almost three years and he believes that explaining the "why" behind some of Amazon's decisions is incredibly important. "Amazon's core goal is to make the best possible decisions by prioritising our customers", says Jorge, Ofituria's Amazon Marketplace Consultant. "If the decisions of our selling partners are also based on this philosophy, then I see that as a positive thing in the long term. Moreover, Amazon is increasingly focussing on innovating and launching new features to benefit both selling partners and customers. Advising selling partners on how to manage and grow their Amazon business is something they really appreciate, as it's not always easy to figure out," says Jorge.

"If you sell on Amazon and you want to increase your sales volume, you need to join the programme. Not only do you benefit from your consultant's knowledge, but also from their agility and managerial ability to solve problems", says the CEO of Ofituria.
