How can I start selling on Amazon?
Getting started as a seller on Amazon is very simple. To start selling on Amazon, you need to follow these steps:
- Firstly, choose your selling plan based on the number of products that you think that you're going to sell per month. We offer two types of plans:Individual and Professional. We even have a simple Fee Calculator for selling on Amazon that will help you understand how much you can earn through each plan based on a given number of products sold.
- Next, you'll need to complete the registration process. For this, you’ll need an Amazon customer account or a corporate email address, as well as your (or your company's) credit card details. You will also need to provide a valid ID (a copy of your passport or a national ID card, for example). If you run a business, you'll also need to share your company registration details, including tax certificates (such as the VAT certificate). Finally, you'll need to share your phone number and bank account details.
- Once you have completed your registration, you will gain access to your Seller Central account, where you can manage your business.
- Next, you'll need to catalogue your products by adding a product ID, SKU, product title, product description, product images, and relevant search terms and keywords, as well as the cost of each product.
- Then, you'll need to choose the appropriate fulfilment option to send your products to customers.
- You're ready to start selling on Amazon.
