You will be assigned an EPR service provider who will contact you and guide you through the application process.
Step 3
Work directly with your EPR service provider to prepare your registration requests.
Step 4
Start filing returns with the help of your EPR service provider. Your EPR service provider will help you prepare your reports and send them to the appropriate authorities.
Rates for EPR Services on Amazon
The EPR Services on Amazon cover the one-time fee for the EPR registration service, the annual fee for the EPR submission service for the EPR product categories for which you register, the annual fee for the EPR authorised representation service (if applicable), and the one-time fee for the legal representation service (“Proxy”).

EPR — Pay on Behalf
We help you meet the requirements of Extended Producer Responsibility by paying and declaring green contributions on your behalf.
If you sell products relevant to EPR on amazon.fr to customers with a shipping address in France, but do not register with the respective producer responsibility organisations (PRO) and do not provide Amazon with a valid EPR registration number (UIN) corresponding to those products, you will not comply with French regulations regarding EPR.
If you don't provide your EPR registration number (UIN), Amazon will pay and declare green contribution rates on your behalf. This solution is called EPR - Pay on Behalf*.

How it works
“EPR - Pay on Behalf” simplifies the complex, costly and tedious compliance process in relation to these regulations. To avoid deactivating offers that do not comply with the EPR regulations in France, Amazon will act on your behalf:
Step 1
We will prepare the statement reports with the details requested by the qualified PROs selected by Amazon and send them to them.
Step 2
We will send reports for each category to which the EPR applies at the end of the EPR reporting cycle (which can be quarterly, biannual, or annual, depending on the PRO and EPR categories).
Step 3
We will pay the green contributions applicable to each PRO.
Step 4
We will recover these amounts later in from your business partner account.
