What are the differences between Amazon Business and Selling on Amazon?
As an Amazon Business seller, you have access to all the features of a Professional seller account with In addition to the Selling on Amazon features, becoming an Amazon Business Seller allows you to meet the specific needs of businesses by providing features optimised for B2B transactions, including quantity pricing, business pricing, and more.
How much does it cost to list products as an Amazon Business seller?
There are currently no additional fees for selling as an Amazon Business seller. The Selling on Amazon fee paid by sellers includes the subscription to sell to businesses.

• Monthly subscription fee, currently €39 (excl. VAT) for Professional sellers.
• Referral fees, which vary according to the category. For more information, see the fee table.
If I am an Amazon Business seller, who will be able to buy my products?
As an Amazon Business seller, you'll enjoy all the privileges of a Professional seller account, with access to millions of customers across all Amazon categories. You'll also be able to reach businesses directly with a set of exclusive features, including the option to restrict listings to businesses only. Millions of businesses across various industries purchase the products they need on the Amazon Business website.
How can I join the Amazon Business Seller Programme?
Businesses that sign up for a Professional seller account through Amazon Business will enjoy the benefits of the Amazon Business Seller Programme after registration is complete.
Existing sellers with a Professional seller account can join at no additional cost.

How do Amazon Business sellers fulfil orders?
You can use one of three methods to fulfil orders placed on the Amazon Business website:

1. Fulfilment by Amazon: Amazon fulfils orders and products are shipped from state-of-the-art Amazon fulfilment centres. Orders fulfilled through Fulfilment by Amazon earn Prime status.

2. Merchant fulfilment: As the name suggests, you fulfil orders directly from your premises, in accordance with Amazon Business packaging requirements. Prime status does not apply to seller-fulfilled orders.

3. Hybrid approach: Many organisations use a mixed fulfilment strategy, shipping certain products directly and others through Fulfilment by Amazon.

VAT Calculation Service

What are the benefits of enrolling in the VAT Calculation Service?
Amazon's VAT Calculation Service provides business partners with tax calculation, VAT invoicing, and a reporting function on transaction tax calculations.

When you enrol in our VAT Calculation Service, Amazon Business partners will be able to display prices with exclusive VAT for Amazon Business customers and their offers will receive the “Downloadable VAT Invoice” badge indicating the commitment to business billing.
Is there an additional fee for enrolling and using the Amazon VAT Calculation Service?
No, Amazon's VAT Calculation Service is available to all sellers as long as they meet the basic enrolment criteria.
Is it mandatory to have a VAT registration number to join the Amazon VAT Calculation Service?
Yes, sellers are required to provide at least one valid European Union VAT registration number to sign up for the service.

Sellers are required to provide all European VAT registration numbers associated with their company, including VAT registration numbers for the countries in which they store inventory, for example, as part of the Fulfilment by Amazon programme. Storing Fulfilment by Amazon units in a country outside your home country entails additional VAT registration and reporting obligations on your company's part. For advice, consult your local tax advisor, if necessary.
