Final tips for Prime Day

Start shipping inventory in advance

With fast-response events like Prime Day, ship all your stock before the deadline, then increase sales with pre-event campaigns. For the best results, calculate expected demand and sales objectives in advance.

Tip: Don't worry about storage. When determining storage limits, we take into account seasonal sales peaks, recent growth and popularity of current products.

If you sell electrical and electronic equipment on Amazon.de:

Please note that you must comply with German EPR WEEE (Extended Producer Responsibility for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) legislation. Amazon will be obliged to check if you meet your EPR obligations and may deactivate any non-compliant products as of 5 June 2023. We recommend that you begin your registration before 15 April 2023, as the process can take up to eight weeks. In order to demonstrate compliance, you must register all the brands and types of equipment you offer on Amazon.de with Stiftung EAR and submit your WEEE registration number to our Compliance Portal.
