What are Amazon Renewed products?
- Amazon Renewed products must be repaired or refurbished and tested to look and work like new. Repairability or refurbishment means that products must have electrical or mechanical components that can be replaced or upgraded to new or like-new conditions
- The refurbishment process typically includes a diagnostic test, the replacement of any defective parts, a thorough cleaning and inspection process, and new packaging if applicable
- Products are dispatched with all the corresponding accessories as would be expected on a new product. In addition, the product has the Amazon Renewed guarantee

What can you sell?
In order to be a seller of certified refurbished products, you must comply with our product quality policies and warranty requirements for those products and exceed our performance levels. Once you're enabled, you'll be able to sell our customers like-new, high-quality products with excellent prices in the following categories:

You must first register as a seller on Amazon in order to sell certified refurbished products on Amazon Renewed.

Meet the requirements to sell on Amazon Renewed
In order to sell refurbished, used and open-box products on Amazon Renewed, we need to know your experience in selling these products as new.
To sell on Amazon Renewed, you must meet the following requirements:

- You have a high volume of sales of refurbished products. You can provide us with invoices showing the sale of a total value of €20,000 for eligible purchases of refurbished products, processed within 90 days prior to the registration application. To obtain Apple brand approval in the smartphone category, you must provide invoices showing a total value of €1 million on refurbished Apple products.
- You or a third party has refurbished your products to make them work and look like new. You will need to send us a minimum of 10 images of a sample unit for the product and packaging review: 1) A photo of the box in which you will send the product; 2) a photo of the white or brown box that will contain the product (inside the packaging); 3) a photo of the product inside the box (with the packaging); 4) and 5) photos of the upper and lower parts of the product; 6) to 9) photos of the four sides of the product.
- If you already have a seller account on Amazon, or when you start selling on Amazon, your order defect rate should not have exceeded 0.8% in the last 90 days.
- For specific brands, you may need to provide additional documentation related to product inspection processes.

Once we have approved your application, you can start selling by including your certified refurbished products in the catalogue or by adding your offer to existing products.
