Amazon Custom is an Amazon.com store where buyers can customise products with text, images, or logos, or from a list of options you offer. Custom products are listed in our store, as well as in the specific department.
Amazon Custom supports the following three types of customisation: text, image, and product configuration. If you can fulfil orders with these types of customisation, register today and start selling custom products with Amazon.
Text customisation allows customers to add text to your products using the colour and font options you've specified in Seller Central. This option can be used for engraving, embroidering, printing, painting and much more.
Image customisation allows customers to customise your product with their own image. The customer can also add text to display on the image.
Product configuration or “list of options” allows you to create a series of drop-down options through Seller Central that customers can use to design their own product. This feature also allows you to charge an additional fee for certain customisation options.

Can I use Fulfilment by Amazon to fulfil my custom orders?
Due to the customisation aspect of these products, all orders must be fulfilled by you, the seller. Fulfilment by Amazon is not available for custom products.
Do you support bulk file uploads?
We currently only support text customization files for one area and up to 5 lines. Image customisation and product configuration are still manually uploaded one by one.
Can I post in any category?
You can list custom products in any category in which you are authorised to sell. However, custom products are not currently available in media categories and cannot be used on PCs, laptops, towers, tablets, or game consoles. For more information on restrictions, see the Prohibited seller activities and actions pager.
What are the costs associated with using Amazon Custom?
Our current set of features are free, however, as new features become available, charges may apply. Amazon's normal monthly subscription fees and selling fees will still apply when using Amazon Custom. For more information about fees, see the Selling on Amazon Fee Schedule.
How will shoppers find my custom products?
Custom products are treated like any other Amazon listing, so there's nothing new here. There is currently a storefront dedicated to custom products, but if you want to increase exposure to your products, consider taking advantage of Sponsored Products.
Can I use Amazon Custom to customise products for businesses with their logos?
Yes, our image customisation feature is a great way for companies to design a product with their own logo.
How many customisations can I offer customers?
All types of customisation (text, image, and options) can be used simultaneously for a product listing. We currently offer 5 surfaces with 10 customisations per surface and up to 100 options.
Where can I learn more about configuring the customisation experience?
You can now reach millions of customers through your Seller Central account. Signing up allows you to access both European and other international websites. Your account is set up for selling across Europe. You can sell across all of these Amazon stores without additional subscription fees. After signing up, all you need to do is create listings on your Amazon source marketplace. Eligible products will be automatically set up across all European websites through our Build International Listings tool. If you want to change the Amazon websites where you want to list and sell your products, visit the listings configuration page and update your preferences (login required).
