Notice and procedure for claims of copyright infringement:

If you believe that your rights are being violated, you must complete and submit the Notice Form. We respond promptly to rights holders and their agents who complete and submit the Notice Form to communicate any disputes regarding alleged infringements of such rights.

Upon receipt of a Notice Form, we may initiate various actions, including the removal of information or an item, without this implying an assumption of liability and without prejudice to any right, legal action or defence, all of which are expressly reserved. 4. Upgrades. In order to keep the Amazon Software up to date, we may offer automatic or manual updates at any time and without the need to give you prior notice.
